Exhale Into Trust

MINDFUL MONDAY
Most of us live slightly braced — holding tension we don’t even notice.
When we release an extended exhale, this action interrupts that pattern.
It shifts us from guarding to trusting.
A longer exhale activates the body’s calming response.
It signals safety to the nervous system.
It lowers stress, steadies the heart rate, and clears mental fog.
When the body feels safe, awareness sharpens.
So today, practice this:
Inhale for four seconds. Exhale for six seconds.
Let the exhale be slow and complete.
Each long release is a quiet act of surrender.
And surrender creates space for clarity.
Heaven on Earth is not forced into existence.
It is revealed when the body relaxes and the mind softens.
Exhale into trust.
And notice what becomes visible when you stop holding on.
