Part 2.
The OCA Movement Overview
An invitation to understand—and embody—Heaven on Earth.

Our Shared Goal
Yes—our goal as a collective movement is to create Heaven on Earth.
But what does that truly mean?
“A new heaven is the emergence of a transformed state of consciousness, 'and a new earth' is its reflection in the physical realm.”
- Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth
Manifested and Unmanifested
Consciousness flows in two forms: the unmanifested (Heaven) and the manifested (Earth).
“Consciousness is already conscious. It is the unmanifested, the eternal... When consciousness becomes the manifested universe, it appears to be subject to time and to undergo an evolutionary process.”
-Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth
Matter Is Spirit
What we call "matter" is simply spirit made visible.
“There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force... behind this force, the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind.”
-Max Planck
“Matter is spirit reduced to point of visibility.”
- Albert Einstein
“We are all Light Beings.”
- Albert Einstein
The Great Illusion
Earthly life—our bodies, time, space—is part of a persistent illusion of form.
“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”
-Albert Einstein
“The mind precedes all things, the mind dominates all things, the mind creates all things.”
-Buddha
“You are what you think.”
-Confucius
The Ego and the Voice in Our Head
That inner stream of thoughts is not who you are. It’s the ego—a product of form and fear.
“The ego creates separation, and separation creates suffering.”
-Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth
“Resisting what is happening is a major cause of suffering.”
-Pema Chödrön
The Role of Suffering
Suffering, as painful as it is, is not a punishment. It’s an invitation to awaken.
“Suffering has noble purpose: the evolution of consciousness and the burning up of the ego.”
-Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth
“Suffering is a gift. In it is hidden mercy.”
-Rumi
“Suffering brings me so close to God.”
-Ram Dass
Love and Suffering: Our Two Greatest Teachers
“If we have never loved deeply or suffered deeply, we are unable to understand spiritual things at any depth.”
-Richard Rohr, The Universal Christ
“We're being trained through our incarnations—to seek love, to seek light, to see the grace in suffering.”
-Ram Dass
Heaven Through the Heart
Heaven is not a place—it’s a condition of the heart.
“The kingdom of Heaven is a condition of the heart—not something that comes upon the Earth or after death.”
-Friedrich Nietzsche
“When we form heart-centered beliefs... we're creating waves of energy that speak to the world through the language of the heart.”
-Gregg Braden
“There is only one path to Heaven. On Earth, we call it Love.”
-Henry David Thoreau
Wholeheartedness: Mind and Heart as One
The transformation begins when the mind follows the heart.
“Only in combining mind and heart... can love be combined with thought in such a way as to transcend thought as you know it.”
-Mari Perron, A Course on Love
How Do We Bring Heaven to Earth?
Through compassion...
“No one knows what the soul is. But what we do know is, the soul is where God works compassion.”
-Meister Eckhart
...Kindness...
“Kindness in thought leads to wisdom. Kindness in speech leads to eloquence. Kindness in action leads to love.”
-Lao Tzu
...And forgiveness.
“If we really want to love, we must learn how to forgive.”
-Mother Theresa
Spiritual Practice as Pathway
We also awaken through:
- Art
“Art has its source in the transcendent… It breathes fullness of life.”
-Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
- Breath
“To awaken, sit calmly, letting each breath clear your mind and open your heart.”
-Buddha
- Nature
“I wasn’t one to pray. Nature was still my God…”
-Prince Harry
- Childlike Wonder
“Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”
-Jesus Christ
The Inner Movement
This movement isn’t about changing the world from the outside in. It’s about changing ourselves from the inside out.
“We're not on our journey to save the world but to save ourselves. But in doing that you save the world.”
-Joseph Campbell
“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
-Rumi
Our Work Together
And by first changing ourselves, we come to better understand our own spiritual existence—something this movement, and this website, is here to support. Through consistent spiritual practice, we begin to bring unmanifested consciousness—light—into our dark, earthly experience until it becomes second nature to our divine way of being. This movement isn't about mobilizing the masses externally like traditional revolutions; it’s about transforming from the inside out. It begins with your own heart, your own mind, and the union of the two into a single, powerful force: heartfelt thought. As we each evolve spiritually—both individually and together—we will reach a tipping point, a critical mass of unmanifested consciousness (love) that will light up this dark, manifested world. In the end, the darkness of the ego mind will have served its noble purpose, guiding us to our inevitable destination, our internal light, the light necessary to manifest Heaven on Earth.
Understanding Consciousness
At its deepest level, consciousness is not something you have—it’s what you are. Infinite, intelligent, eternal, and divine. Known by many names: heaven, light, energy, God.
“There is only one of us. One consciousness manifesting into different forms.”
-Ram Dass
So, if Heaven on Earth is a transformed state of consciousness… what is consciousness?
“So who is the experiencer? You are. And who are you? Consciousness.”
-Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth
“Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, On Earth, as it is in Heaven.”
— Lord’s Prayer
